Interests

Living on a farm in the Gorge since 1981 Denise knows the joys of small town living and the rigors of owning acreage. Licensed since 1986, Denise opened her own office in 1994. Selling houses, vacant land, orchards and farms offers a diversity that Denise finds challenging.

Another big challenge lately is to keep up with 9 year old Matthew, his passion for the arts is infectious and having only preformed for a few years now positions himself on stage like an old pro, the whole office is so proud!

Putting wheels under ideas and creatively arranging pieces to puzzles are what make me tap dance into the office each day. The Gorge Property Real Estate Team and my family give me the freedom to think outside the box and be creative with business.

Stories have begun to be woven into one as we develop depth with a continuity of professional services for people who share a bit of their life with us in buying or selling homes, rental services and now, staying in the hotel. The big front porch, enjoyed in 1909, is still a place for cold lemonade in the summer. New stories will be told along with the history of the Gorge as people visit together.

Combining a successful real estate brokerage with Gorge Rental Property Management and the Oak Street Hotel in the same 1909 historic house is a winning combination!
