On a personal note, I have been a resident of Boca Raton for the past 28 years. I have been involved in residential real estate since 1997 throughout South Florida to include communities from Broward County to the south to the Treasure Coast to the north, with special emphasis on south Palm Beach County and specifically Boca Raton and our neighboring municipalities. I am familiar with properties listed on our local Multiple Listing Service as well as with all new home communities in south Palm Beach County.
