About Mike Belviy

I relocated to Hsv 3 years ago from the Chicago Area.

My family and I could have picked anywhere we wanted to move. Our top three options were Arizona, Florida, and Northern Alabama. After visiting Hsv, we knew this was the place we wanted to live. From the low cost of living, great place to raise a family, and easy commute to anywhere around here, the choice was obvious.

I had friends ask me "Why Alabama?" Huntsville defeats any stereotype that someone might have about Alabama. It is a very modern city, with people from all over the country. It is a very diverse city with a little southern hospitality mixed in.

We are all very "Pro Troops" here with the Arsenal and defense contractors in Research Park. Any military personnel moving into the area is welcomed with open arms.

I always look for an opportunity to learn more about my profession and the area that I live in.

Continuing education is important to me so I can stay up to date on all the trends of the Real Estate market. Finding new ways to give my clients an edge. Also learning as much as I can about Huntsville / Madison County so I can keep my clients well informed on everything that is happening here from new roads, hospitals, subdivisions, shopping, and BRAC info.

Interests

All the family activities that Hsv has to offer is pretty much tops on my list. I love sports, especially football and baseball. A pool in the summer is definitely a great place to be on those warm summer days.

Community Involvement

I am a member of the Huntsville / Madison County Chamber of Commerce. I attend meetings on the progress that Hsv is making in preparation with for BRAC and the influx of contractors into the Arsenal and Research Park.
