Samantha Malcolm and Kelly Lorenzen were independent agents when they first met and built instant rapport with one another which then led them to decide to become business partners. Samantha and Kelly then formed The Avalon Team, formerly The Allen & Associates Team at Keller Williams Southwest Realty. They have since added two dynamite Real Estate Consultants and a marketing associate to help with their immensely growing business. The success of The Avalon Team is solely measured on the satisfaction of their clients. The Avalon Team strives to fulfill dreams and have life-long relationships with their clients.

Samantha Malcolm / Agent & Partner

Originally from Staten Island New York, Samantha Malcolm has lived in Arizona for more than ten years. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Special Education. Samantha is dedicated to the success of her Team, and more importantly, her client’s needs & concerns. Samantha believes in giving back to the community and continues to be a strong advocate for children.

Kelly Lorenzen / Agent & Partner

Kelly Lorenzen is a native of Arizona and has lived in the East Valley her entire life. Kelly graduated high school from Xavier College Preparatory and then went on to Loyola Marymount University. After two years of living in Los Angeles, she returned home and received her Bachelors Degree in Business and Communications from Arizona State University. After graduating from ASU, she attained her Real Estate License and joined Keller Williams Realty. She has been selling Real Estate ever since and loves it! She works hard to consistently meet and exceed the needs of her clients. She always puts her clients first and provides superb customer service. Kelly is a dedicated, hardworking, and personable Real Estate Consultant who builds life-long relationships with her clients.

Brooke Castaneda / Agent

Brooke Castaneda was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska where she developed her Midwestern roots before moving to Arizona to attend Arizona State University. While at ASU she earned a Bachelors of Science in business and marketing, and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Her hobbies include teaching Pilates, power yoga and cheerleading. She is currently participating as captain in her third season with the Arizona Cardinals football team. As a Realtor, Brooke serves as the Team Manager and mentor to Agents on The Avalon Team. She always looks forward to serving her client's needs and developing long-term customer relationships.

Kristi Gauthier / Agent

Kristi was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and received her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Arizona, where she graduated Laude. Kristi recently finished her fourth year as a cheerleader for the Arizona Cardinals. She has been involved with investment real estate for many years and enjoys working with each client of the Avalon Team. Through hard work and passion, Kristi helps her clients with all their real estate needs.

Kim Plancich / Agent

Kim recently moved to Arizona with her husband, from Redondo Beach, CA. Kim earned her bachelor's degree in dance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where her and Kelly first met. Kim is also a mortgage officer for Landstone Mortgage her in Phoenix. She credits her extensive sales and customer service background with her ability to establish long-term relationships with clients, and put their needs above all else.

Ashley Robertson / Marketing Coordinator

Ashley was born in Naples, Italy while her father was in the military and has traveled much of the eastern country before settling in New Hampshire with her family as an adolecent. She came to Arizona when she was eighteen and graduated high school at Centennial High in Peoria, AZ before enrolling in Real Estate school at Westford College. After completing her real estate schooling she began working in the commercial industry as the office manager for a boutique firm in the Camelback Corridor of Phoenix. She is currently attending college part-time working towards a degree in computers and continues to grow with our team as an innovative thinker. Ashley loves maintaining customer relations and is drawn to creative new ways to market real estate.

Community Involvement

Every year The Avalon Team belives in being involved with our community. We have done blood drives for The American Red Cross, Food Drive Donations as well as volunteering to feed the homeless during the holiday season(s). We enjoy the work we do and look foward to serving our community in new ways every year!
